Team Parent Responsibilities

Create a calling tree for practices, game rainouts and other team communications.
Create a snack rotation list (for the younger age).
Assist the head coach with distributing practice schedules, game schedules and player uniforms.
Distribution of picture envelopes.
Help organize team on picture day (May 16, Rain Date May 18 5:00 PM).
Pick up and distribute team pictures.
Distribution of Action in Jackson parade information.
Find a parent from your team to help umpire if needed.
Distribute trophies to players who miss Closing Day.
Collect all uniforms from players on Closing Day.
Wash uniforms and return them to the JAYLL Equipment Coordinator, Scott Rudd 677-0681
Will make follow up calls to the team volunteers to remind them of the date and time for the events

**These duties may be broken into 2 volunteers per team**
